Welcome to Tidy Endings
At Tidy Endings, we believe that the end of life is a deeply personal journey that deserves care, dignity, and clarity. As an End-of-Life preparation service based in Melbourne, our mission is to support individuals and families as they navigate the emotional, practical, and spiritual aspects in anticipation of dying.

Whether you're seeking peace of mind for yourself or a loved one, we understand that every person is unique, and so are their wishes. Our compassionate approach helps you prepare mindfully, addresses your concerns, and craft a meaningful, tailored experience that reflects your own values and preferences.

We gently guide you through three natural stages of support:

Prepare
Before things become urgent, we help you to proactively prepare by gathering essential information. This might include important documents and contacts, financial and online access details, and to create relevant medical documents such as an Advance Care Directive. Our service encompasses a wide range of practical perspectives, ensuring that we cover the specific areas of your unique life.

Plan
For those wishing to plan for what lies ahead, we offer space to explore your options. We explore your values, medical and religious beliefs, and can begin putting considered arrangements in place - from medical preferences and funeral arrangements, to creating thoughtful legacies.

Ponder
In quieter moments, we support a deeper turning inwards - allowing you the opportunity to reflect, make peace, and gently consider the life lived and your hopes and fears. Through calm presence and conversation, we help ease the emotional and spiritual transition so that the journey towards the end feels meaningful, settled, and whole.
Most people typically find these conversations uncomfortable.
But please know, once these aspects are brought into the open, available options explored and discussed transparently without judgement or assumptions, we can put many things in place so that you can get on with enjoying life!

As far back as Ancient Greece, women have been supporting the community through life's major transitions - birth and death. Learn how Doulas' roles have changed to our current times.

This is a very personal journey. And being informed of, and carefully considering your choices before any health deterioration, allows you to make the right decisions - for you.
